Resort Overview

Renowned as the birthplace of mountaineering in Canada, Lake Louise is an authentic alpine town in the heart of Banff National Park. Along with some of the world's finest downhill skiing and snowboarding, Lake Louise also offers dog sledding, cross country skiing, ice skating, and horse drawn sleigh rides.  Plus, you can catch a shuttle to Sunshine Village on Sundays and Thursdays for a little variety in your vacation.

One thing you'll never forget about Lake Louise is the scenery.  When you reach the summit, you'll be surrounded by 360 degrees of sheer beauty!  With such spectacular views, it's no wonder the locals are so friendly.

Tri-Area Sightseeing Lift Ticket

This sightseeing pass opens up the mountain for non-skiing guests who want to experience the incredible scenery at Lake Louise.  These tickets provide transportation to and from the resorts, as well as a $12 food voucher, so all you have to worry about is having fun.  Your Tri-area sightseeing lift ticket is also valid at Sunshine Village.

Snowtubing at Lake Louise Ski Resort

Lake Louise Ski Resort offers fast-paced, fun-filled family fun at their snowtube park.  No skill required.

Snow Shoeing

For those wanting to adventure beyond the pistes, snowshoeing can be a great way to get off the beaten path.  Lake Louise Ski Resort offers a guided service of high-alpine snowshoeing, complete with a round-trip on the gondola to the top of the mountain.  Snowshoeing has catering options available.

Cross-Country Skiing

Lake Louise and the Lake Louise Ski Resort offer some incredible cross-country ski trails, including the world-famous Skoki Trail to the historic Skoki Lodge.  These trails can keep anyone entertained for a whole day and more if you opt for an overnight stay at Skoki.
