HELI SKIING

The Selkirk Tangiers Helicopter Skiing playground is in the spectacular Selkirk and Monashee Mountains of Revelstoke, British Columbia – both beautiful and wild.

Bordering two National Parks, Mount Revelstoke and Glacier, Selkirk Tangiers contains some of the most famous heli-skiing territory and some the world’s best tree skiing. Selkirk Tangiers boasts over 200,000 hectares (500,000 acres) of terrain, offering more than 200 established runs and countless options for exploration in this powder playground.

The Selkirk and Monashee Mountains are known for powder. Annual accumulations can amount to 7m (23 ft) at the tree line with 9m (30 ft) in the alpine and on the glaciers. Snow starts falling in September, serving up early season turns in December and fresh powder until April.

Experience breathtaking views of the Monashee Mountains and the Columbia River from the South, Montana, and Kokanee Bowls. Enjoy fabulous alpine bowls, naturally gladed slopes, and miles of untracked powder. Snow conditions and the group’s ability will dictate the terrain that is accessible each day.
