Established in 1966, Mont-Sainte-Anne is one of Canada’s oldest ski areas. Only 30 minutes from Quebec City, this extraordinary mountain is known for its impeccable snow conditions with an average natural snowfall of 187 inches. The resort provides guests with spectacular scenery, long groomed trails, and family-friendly activities.
All levels of skiers, from beginner to advanced, will enjoy the mix of terrain, including 71 trails and 3 snow parks spread across 3 sides of the mountain. After sundown, 19 trails remain floodlit and become the highest vertical drop for night skiing in the country.
Mont-Sainte-Anne offers a variety of activities for guests, including the largest cross-country ski centre in North America, with 200 km of trails and 191 km for skating stride. Mont-Sainte-Anne Cross-Country Ski Centre features 200 km of trails, including a 191 km network for skating stride, which makes it the largest cross-country ski center in North America! It is located only 7 km apart from the downhill area, where skiers have direct access to the cross-country network.
The Cross-Country Ski Centre is nestled in the beautiful scenery of the Laurentian forest where skiers enjoy a great variety of tree species, including birch, maple, spruce and pine, alternating from one section to the other of the trail network. Many shelters are accessible by the trails, including our famous Chalet du Fondeur
Located at the Cross-Country Ski Centre, 40 km of breathtaking snowshoeing trails for all levels await you. Stop at one of our three heated cabins along the network and admire the wonderful landscape. Discover a truly exceptional experience in nature!
Experience a Quebecois tradition and visit the sugar shack on Mont-Saint-Anne’s family trails, La Pichard. Cut your run in half, and make a stop by the shack for a sugar boost of hot maple taffy served on a bed of snow and scooped up with a wooden stick. You have to try it!
Located on the north and south side of the mountain, Sainte-Anne’s alpine skiing has a variety of terrain to cover, some of which is located deep in the forest, giving you an intimate experience with the amazing landscapes of the region during your climb.
Six loops and 23 km of trails are maintained for the enjoyment of winter on a fat bike. The trails have been designed to accommodate riders of all levels, from beginner to expert, located at the Cross-Country Ski Centre.
This all-season adventure takes you to the top of Mont-Sainte-Anne by gondola and back down the mountain by flight. Breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence, the the Côte-de-Beaupré, and the Laurentians are sure to make this an experience you won’t soon forget.
Suited for beginners and situated at the bottom of Mont-Sainte-Anne, Canyoning Quebec offers participants the opportunity to repel down the frozen Jean-Larose fall surrounded by magnificent winter scenery.
