A message from Skican regarding COVID-19

Dear Friends of Skican:

Thank you for your continued support during this uncertain time. Please know that at Skican we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely. The safety and security of our guests returning to their homes during this time is our highest priority. I am grateful for the understanding and patience of you, our clients, and the dedication of my team, working around the clock as this crisis unfolds and continues to change.

As a result of the coronavirus, many of you have had to adjust or cancel your ski holiday. This is unfortunate and a disappointment for your group and for us. Please know that we are documenting, triaging and researching all options for you regarding refunds or credits on ski trips that have been impacted. We are working with our resort and airline partners closely on the finer details. It will take some time, a lot of moving parts, so thank you for your patience.

Our thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this crisis, and we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain COVID-19. And more locally, our families, friends, and neighbours.
