As a result of the coronavirus, many of you have had to adjust or cancel your ski holiday. This is unfortunate and a disappointment for your group and for us. Please know that we are documenting, triaging and researching all options for you regarding refunds or credits on ski trips that have been impacted. We are working with our resort and airline partners closely on the finer details. It will take some time, a lot of moving parts, so thank you for your patience.
