Garlic Goat Brie from Whitewater

This is super easy and a crowd pleaser. We would suggest making 2 rounds. Recipe courtesy of Whitewater Cooks by Shelley Adams

Sautèed garlic goat brie
Serves 4-6

3 tbsp butter
1 egg white, lightly beaten
2 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
one 6-8 inch round goat or regular brie cheese

Melt butter in a heavy bottomed pan on medium heat until bubbling
Place beaten egg white in a shallow bowl
Mix garlic and panko crumbs together in another shallow bowl
Dip brie in egg white and then into garlic and panko mixture
Sautè in bubbling butter until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Flip over and repeat
Remove brie from pan and place on serving platter
Cool for 8 minutes and then cut into it
Garnish with berries and jellies
Serve with baguette or crackers
