Airline tickets will be issued with the names as they appear on the invoice/itinerary. Name changes are not permitted by airlines. Fees may apply for spelling changes. Skican must be notified of any name spelling changes. Failure to do so may result in airline surcharges.

No price increases for services are permitted after the customer has paid in full for said services. For Ontario residents, in accordance with applicable regulation, where there is an increase of more than seven per cent (7%) in the price of services after a deposit has been paid for said services, and such price increase does not result from an increase in government taxes or a fuel surcharge allowed by the Canadian Transportation Agency, the customer has the right to cancel and receive a full refund. You must notify Skican of your choice within 14 days of receipt of notice of the increase or you will be deemed to have accepted the price change and will be liable for payment of the increase.
