Cross Country Skiing
The Nordic Center at the Resort at Squaw Creek offers approximately 18 kilometers (400 acres) of meticulously groomed trails that wind through the stunning Squaw Valley meadow and surrounding hillside. Nordic ski equipment can be rented from The Nordic Center.
All trails originate at the Resort at Squaw Creek which is just a short, complimentary shuttle ride from the Palisades Tahoe Parking Lot. Hop on the shuttle near the preferred parking area of the main lot.
Snowshoe through Squaw Valley's snowy meadow and designated trail system at The Resort at Squaw Creek. The Nordic Center, at the trailhead of the Cross Country Ski & Snowshoe trails, rents snowshoes for adults and kids.

Snow tubing is a fun mountain adventure for the whole family. Snow tubing is located at SnoVentures Activity Zone in the base area of Palisades Tahoe adjacent to the parking lot. Play in the snow, bond with family and friends, then warm up at the SnoVentures Lodge located adjacent to all of the snow play fun.
Aerial Tram Ride
The Aerial Tram Ride offers scenic views of Lake Tahoe for visitors. Climbing over 2,000 feet, this panoramic 10-minute ride soars above the iconic Tram Face to High Camp, located at 8,200 feet. Enjoy dining at one of our restaurants or choose a grab-and-go option to take on our hiking trails.
High Camp Pool & Hot Tub
Palisades Tahoe's pool and hot tub is one of the most breathtaking places in the world to relax. Located at High Camp at 8,200 feet, this scenic location is surrounded by the beauty of the Sierra Nevada with views of Lake Tahoe and Squaw Valley's legendary granite peaks.
Take a trip back in time and learn about the 1960 Winter Olympics that took place at Squaw Valley. The Olympic Museum, located at High Camp showcases a unique collection of memorabilia, news articles and video presentations detailing the many magical moments that took place at Squaw Valley.
